‘The Virgin, the Copts and Me’ Screening at Café Riche
French-Egyptian director Namir Abdel Meseeh gives a seldom seen view of the Coptic community in Egypt with 2011 documentary ‘The Virgin, the Copts and Me’. Dead-end after dead-end sees his rollercoaster ride take another dip as Meseeh’s mother becomes the benefactor and subsequent star of the project. Attendance is free.
