Shaolin Dragon Camp at Bahariya Oasis
Shaolin
Dragon Camp is a Kung Fu and a moving martial arts school giving intensive
Shaolin training, workshops and setting up retreats for 1-2 weeks at a time in
different countries. The first stop is set to be Egypt at the Bahariya Oasis in
the Western Desert.
The camp
offers internal and external martial arts training, complimented by meditation
exercises, self-massage tips, the basics of energy work, acrobatics and
breathing techniques for health, fitness and longevity.
It’s a
balance between intense training in hard Kung Fu, and soft arts like Tai Ji, Qi
Gong and zen meditation.
The overall
price of the 8-day camp in Bahariya is 5500LE per
person. The price includes intensive martial arts and energy work training,
accommodation in Qasr El Bawity Hotel in a double room, meals (breakfast, lunch and
dinner) and water, transportation to and from Cairo, training uniforms and any
Kung Fu equipment needed during training, in addition to an overnight camping
trip in the White Desert.
