‘Hassan we Naima’ Screening at Cairo Opera House
This event is aimed at rekindling classic Egyptian cinema and helping non-native speakers learn the language by screening Arabic films with English subtitles. In ‘Hassan we Naima’ (1959), a rich young woman falls for a penniless wedding singer, who vows to fight for their love. Showing in El Gezira cinema – use the back entrance of Cairo Opera House.
