‘Caos Calmo’ screening at Italian Cultural Centre
Based on the novel of the same name, 2008’s
Caos Calmo (Quiet Chaos), tells the story of Pietro Paladini, a successful businessman
whose life descends into melancholy after the death of his wife. He ceases to
go to work, instead spending his day waiting for his daughter to finish school
in nearby parks and cafes, and his peculiar behaviour begins to affect others. Two screening will be held; 6PM and 8PM. Italian with English subtitles.
