The seventh edition of the Cairo International Women’s Film Festival kicks off at Cairo Opera House’s Artistic Creativity Center with an opening ceremony that will feature the screening of Egyptian short film ‘Egypt to Dead’ and Spanish film, ‘My Mother’s Hands’, which tells of the delicate state of a mother-daughter relationship struggling through change.
