While anyone is welcome to attend\, the workshop focuses on helping and educating pregnant women. The class will be led by Itzy Berruezo who will be teaching different yoga poses\, breathing techniques\, and meditations that will help the mothers-to-be to adapt to the changes that are taking place in their bodies during pregnancy all of which will assist on the day of delivery. \nThe workshop is on Friday the 25th of February and you can easily book your spot through this link.
