Following the fact that Egypt has been making international headlines as a great travel destination, Aswan, in particular, has managed to score itself an entire feature on Condé Nast Traveler (CN). This is not shocking, of course, considering the fact that the ancient city is exceptionally stunning!
For those of you who do not know what CN is, it’s one of the world’s most prominent travel and lifestyle magazines; the 25-time National Magazine Award winner delivers lifestyle and travel advice from around the globe.
According to the prestigious publication, Aswan is a must-visit destination for world travellers. In the feature, CN cites the many historical sites in Aswan, including the Abu Simbel and Philae Temples. Additionally, the article highlights the Nubian island of Seheil Island.
Furthermore, in the same article, CN also recommends Luxor to all those nomads out there! With its numerous temples and monuments, Luxor is basically an open-air museum. It is home to the Valley of the Kings, the iconic Karnak Temple, and much more. Indeed, much like Aswan, Luxor is incredibly overwhelming, in a good way that is; you will find yourself unable to keep up with the sheer number of sightseeing spots, the incredible landscapes, and the cultural richness found in both cities.
We couldn’t be more thrilled and proud to have come cross CN’s feature!
