Today marks the closing of the 2019 Military World Games, officially known as CISM Military World Games, whose 7th edition commenced on the 18^th of October. Sources state that it is the first international military multi-sport event to be hosted in China as well the largest military sports event to be held there. Organized by the Military Sports Commission of China, as well as its Ministry of National Defense and other parties, the competition took place in Wuhan, the capital and largest city of the Chinese province of Hubei at the Wuhan Sports Center.
