Panorama of the European Film: 17th Edition

This edition of PEF will display a carefully selected programme built around screening forty European films from different genres to show the diverse range of European Cinema and the strong capabilities of their film industry. Along with the film screenings, the PEF 17’s programme features workshops, masterclasses, talks, and discussions.

Forty Films in the 17th Edition

As this edition’s trailer was super thrilling, let’s delve a little deeper. The films are categorised into five sections. Four categories represent the natural elements of earth, wind, fire, and water, and each reflects on a main character’s persona and the narrative. The fifth section is for Leos Carax’s special short programme, in which he directs one short film and stars in the other. The film schedule has been recently posted, and you can check it here.
