“Back to Egypt” at Gezira Art Center
Make your way to Zamalek to view the photo exhibition titled “Back to Egypt: a Brazilian Collection of Photographs.” The photos, from 19th-century Egypt, serve as a celebration of the 150th anniversary of Emperor Dom Pedro II’s first visit to Egypt in 1871. The exhibition will remain open until the 30th of November.

Hicham Rahma Exhibition at Picasso Art Gallery
Appreciate abstract art? Head to the Picasso Art Gallery in Zamalek for Hicham Rahma’s latest exhibition, “Lunar Carnival.” Catch a glimpse of his work now through to the end of the month!

Swan Lake Ballet at Cairo Opera House
Enjoy classical ballet? Check out the Cairo Opera House this week for an astounding performance of the beautiful Swan Lake by the St. Petersburg Ballet Company. The show runs on Thursday and Friday and begins at 8 pm on both evenings. Tickets cost 160LE and doors open at 7 pm.
