The two selected restaurants serving these items are the hotel’s elegant and sophisticated La Galerie and the venue known for its signature dishes, Beymen Café.

One of the options that we are most excited about is the Mango Pineapple Vanilla Financier with Milk Chocolate Mousse, which sounds like a delicious mouthful! Next up on the menu is a new version of éclairs with a twist, and it’s the Mango Éclair with Golden Mango Glaze, which is simply magnificent!

The expert team at Four Seasons has even combined your two favourite ingredients in the Mango Cheesecake with Lotus Biscuits, especially for you for all the Lotus lovers. If you are feeling something tropical, you can try their Mango with Passion Mousse and Coconut Biscuit, which will instantly have you feeling like you have been transported to the Seychelles or the Maldives. But if you feel like maybe Tahiti suits you better, you can try their Tahiti Mango Pistachio cake.
