Kids Brunch & Festival @ Garden City

What?As mentioned above, kids get 50% off the brunch. But right across from Culina, lies a world of festive fun for kids. Garden City is primed for all manner of festivity, with everything from egg hunts and clown shows, to drumming circles and a Picasso art competition await. Oh to be young again.

What? Feeling a bit jealous that you didn’t get to hit the road and head for a beach? Well, don’t. The Nile Ritz-Carlton’s Surf & Turf offer will satisfy your cravings. Kids Carnival @ The Pool

What? So, while you and the wifey enjoy some much needed time together by the pool, munching on some BBQ and listening to music, there are more special activities for the kids, including egg hunts, an Easter piñata, egg painting, arts and crafts, cartoon screenings and a special visit from the Easter Bunny, who’ll have some special gifts in tow.

This one’s a little peculiar, but it’s also quite brilliant. Let’s start at the beginning. The humble sandwich is a timeless and delicious food. There’s something about putting something in between two pieces of bread and eating that just can’t be matched. There aren’t too many foods that have, not just passed, but transcended the test of time. In fact, many trace it back to Egypt some 3,000 years ago.

In celebration of that, Sweet Boutique and Culina’s Easter Brunch are offering a special Pharaonic sandwich celebrating Egypt’s rich culinary history. What exactly is in this sandwich remains to be seen – hard as we tried, the guys at The Nile Ritz-Carlton just wouldn’t us.
