Ah, the Cairo Marriott. Sitting pretty on the island of Zamalek, this is a hotel that has a history unlike any other. We’re not even talking about its historical, palatial setting – we’re talking about the now. We’re talking about how so many Cairenes have so many fond memories of it.

One theory states that it’s the Cairo Marriott’s holiday celebrations that have etched themselves in the mind of many and this Easter is no different. This year, the folk at the Cairo Marriott are taking a simple approach to Monday the 17th of April – because it really is the small things in life.

First off, a special Easter breakfast buffet will serve up all your Easter favourites between 6AM and 11AM at Omar’s Café.

Not an early riser? That’s ok, because both Omar’s Café and Garden Promenade Café will then be serving up special Sham El Nessim brunch buffets between 2PM and 6PM, with Promenade also set to host live music with the Wave Jazz Band.

BUT WAIT? What Easter would be complete without the traditional (and delicious) chocolate bunnies? Calm down – that’s where the Cairo Marriott’s hub of all things sweet and yummy, The Bakery, comes in. There, you’ll find the chocolate bunnies you so desperately crave, alongside other festive treats.
