The Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) proudly introduced eight visionary photographers chosen for the prestigious Arab Documentary Photography Program (ADPP on its tenth edition). The renowned programme looks to document life and culture within the region and shed light on photographers reshaping personal, social, and political narratives with storytelling visuals. Handpicked by an esteemed panel of judges, Nader Bahsoun, Sadiq Al Harasi, Ali Zaraay, Mera Elnaal, Hana Gamal, Abushama, Yaqeen Tamani, and an anonymous contributor represent a diverse tapestry of talent emanating from all over the Middle East. Between Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Sudan, and Yemen, these photographers traverse landscapes scarred by conflict and warfare.
