i do have a major problem with Charles and Keith Cairo festival city branch . they scammed me , the store manager and the sales agent was fully aware that the item was last piece and the leather quality wasnt good but i had to buy it as they confirmed that if anything happened to it they will exchange it. and the surprise is that i only wore it for 3 hours and the leather destroyed completely from the front and the sides and i was shocked when the higher management didnt confirm that i can exchange it , they totally scammed me the sales man confirmed to me that if anything happened to the shoes i can exchange it . the leather was not 100% genuine its bubbly and that's why when i wore it for only 3 hours it started to fell and all the scratches all over the heels will make the leather fell off if i wore it again. I wore the shoes for only 3 hours in a wedding in a luxury hotel and the ballroom has carpet all over the floor thats why the bottom of the shoe is very clean even the plastic cover at the bottom of the shoes still clean. The heels has a bubbly leather that makes it very poor quality and i said that to the sales man and the store manager before I buy it and they both confirmed that if anything happened to the shoes i can exchange it. This case has been taking too long and the owning company is not helpful at all they didn't even bother themselves to ask the store about the case. So please be aware before you buy from Charles and Keith. I dont want my money back i just need my rights back can u believe that its been over a month going back and forth for getting my right.
