It is a multilayered cake containing a kunafa layer, a white cream layer and two chocolate layers. The solid top layer has some holes, and a bottle of chocolate sauce is provided to be poured over the holes.  

 

Konafa Taro 

ARA has launched an attractive lavender-coloured konafa taro. This dessert consists of a crispy kunafa base, a pastry cream filling, and a smooth taro layer, all topped with crunchy pistachio pieces.

 

Sawabi3 Bibo

Building on the success of last year’s Sawabi3 Gigi, Nola has launched Sawabi3 Bibo, which is a delightful combination of goulash filo stuffed with pistachio and Lotus spread. The playful slogan “Bibo Far’a3 Gigi” features this dessert, making it a must-try.

El 5alsana

Tortina has taken dessert innovation to another level with El 5alsana, a kunafa-based treat so hard it comes with its own hammer for breaking into pieces. This dessert features a rock-hard kunafa layer stuffed with pistachio, strawberry, vanilla, and basbousa, offering a crunchy yet creamy explosion of flavours.

 

El Malfoufa
