About Movie
During the 1970s in Bucharest, Zahra and Maria forged a profound friendship while pursuing their studies at university. As political unrest unfolds in Iran, Zahra is compelled to go back home, separating from Maria. Throughout the following decade, they sustain their bond through a series of letters, documenting their challenges as women advocating for a voice and the divergent paths their respective countries take. Despite the physical distance and obstacles, their longing for each other persists.
