Cairo Contemporary Dance Center is teaching an Artistic Yoga Workshop. The workshop is led by Luisa Russo, a certified and incredible yoga teacher. Artistic yoga is a combination of Tai Chi movements and Hatha yoga flow, which looks like a choreography due to the gentle and elegant flow of movements. The workshop is aimed at intermediate or advanced yogis, as they will be stretching their bodies to the maximum and because the workshop requires a lot of balance and flexibility.

The workshop takes place every Monday and Saturday starting the 22nd of November until the 4th of December for a total of 4 classes.
