Yoga has been gaining popularity as the pastime of choice for many Egyptians over the past few years. Indeed, yoga not only functions as an escape tool from life’s many stressors, it also provides its regular practitioners with a sense of inner peace, as well as physical strength and enhanced flexibility. As such, yoga enthusiasts will often tell you that the practice has so much more to offer than other forms of physical activity. It is not surprising, therefore, that yoga has developed into many types and kinds, catering to a variety of audiences with different levels of fitness; from Hatha and Aerial yoga to Ashtanga Vinyasa and even beer and laughter yoga, the activity has very much developed from its original format.
In recognition of the benefits of yoga and its growing popularity among Egyptians, Osana Family Wellness will be organising a spectrum of free yoga classes across Egypt on May 3rd. In hopes of scattering the goodness and positivity that comes with mastering yoga, the event welcomes all sorts of yoga enthusiasts. From amateurs to experts, everyone is more than welcome to join. The yoga classes will all be offered simultaneously across several parts of the country: Maadi, Zamalek, Heliopolis, Nasr City, Sheraton, Mohandeseen, 6th of October City, New Cairo, Hurghada, Sinai, and Alexandria.
